TERMS & CONDITIONS – 10CT DIAMOND TENNIS BRACELET TRADE PROMOTION
1. Promoter

(“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on Wednesday 11 February 2026 and
closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3.3 Entry is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, an eligible entrant must make a qualifying purchase from the
Promoter during the Promotion Period.
4.2 One (1) entry is awarded for every $1,000 AUD spent in a single transaction.
4.3 For example, a purchase of $10,000 AUD will receive ten (10) entries.
4.4 Entries are automatically recorded at the time of purchase. No entry fee applies.
4.5 Purchases must be completed and paid in full during the Promotion Period to be eligible.
4.6 This only applies to stock or custom-made purchases using Holloway Diamond, diamonds.
5. Draw Details
5.1 The draw will take place on Monday 4 January 2027 at Holloway Diamonds
Canterbury, 110–114 Canterbury Road, Canterbury VIC 3126.
5.2 The draw will be conducted at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize
6.1 There is one (1) prize to be won:
One 10 carat natural diamond tennis bracelet
6.2 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6.3 The prize value is an approximate retail value and may vary.
7. Winner Notification & Publication
7.1 The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within seven (7) days of the draw.
7.2 The winner’s name will be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social
media channels for a minimum of 28 days, in accordance with Victorian regulations.
8. Unclaimed Prize
8.1 If the prize is not claimed within 28 days of the draw, the Promoter will conduct a redraw (if required by law) at the same location.
8.2 The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original draw.
9. Privacy
9.1 By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering this promotion and announcing the winner.
9.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy
Policy and applicable privacy laws.
10. General
10.1 This promotion is a trade promotion lottery conducted in accordance with the
Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic) and Gambling Regulations 2015 (Vic).
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
10.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
